Manual therapy
Manual therapy (from "manus" Latin for hand) is probably the most important procedure in our treatment. With special hand movements and mobilisation techniques, pain and movement restrictions are recognised and treated. The direct contact to the tissue or to the patient allows a finely tuned, individual treatment, for which a lot of tact is necessary.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the oldest forms of therapy known to mankind. It originates from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and has developed from the experiences and observations of Chinese doctors for almost 3000 years.
By inserting needles at precisely defined points on the skin, disorders inside the body can be eliminated or alleviated. Countless variations and schemes of acupuncture are known from Chinese history.

During physiotherapy, acupuncture offers itself as a good companion and supporter in the healing process. I do not use a holistic needling concept, but concentrate on the master points for various parts of the body and needle them individually.
