- Neighbourhood tariff: will be charged for a journey of up to 3 km.
- Follow-up treatments: the first follow-up treatment must take place no later than 4 weeks after the first appointment.

General Notes
- The type and duration of the treatment measures depend on the acute condition of the animal and the individual therapy plan.
- In case of non-attendance of the appointment, it has to be cancelled by phone or SMS at least 24 hours before the actual appointment. Otherwise the appointment will be charged.
